For educators
Set up your classroom
A classroom is your home base in Inner Explorer. It keeps each group’s progress, series, and journal entries together. You can create as many classrooms as you need (one per class period, grade level, or group) and switch between them in a couple of clicks. Setting one up takes about a minute.
Add a classroom
Your classrooms live in the classroom menu, in the top-right corner of the navigation bar. Logging in for the first time will prompt you to create one immediately.
-
Open the classroom menu
Select your classroom’s name in the top-right corner of the navigation bar. A “Select a classroom” menu opens, listing any classrooms you already have. -
Select Manage classrooms
You’ll find it at the bottom of the menu, beneath your existing classrooms. -
Name your classroom
Add a classroom and use a name you’ll recognize at a glance, like “Period 3 Science” or “Ms. Lee’s Kindergarten.” Then use the slider to tell us roughly how many students you have, and select Next. -
Choose your classroom preferences
Pick your language (English or Español) and the experience that fits your group: Early Learning, Elementary, Middle School, or High School. -
Select Create Classroom
That’s it: your new classroom opens right away, with its daily practices ready to go.
Switch between classrooms
Once you have more than one classroom, moving between them works the same way: open the classroom menu in the top-right corner and select the classroom you want. A checkmark shows which one is active, and the switch happens instantly: no signing out, no lost progress.
You’re ready
That’s it: your classroom is set up. Next, learn how to Launch your first practice.
