For educators
Launch your first practice
Your first practice sets the tone for everything that follows. Opt into the 21 Day Quest, open Day 1, settle the room, and let the guide take it from there.
Start at Day 1 and keep going in order
Begin with Daily Practice, Day 1, then play the next day’s practice the following day. The Daily Practice runs in sequence for all 180 days of the school year, and each session builds on the one before it, so following the order is what turns each practice into a real skill. We recommend starting with the 21 Day Quest on Day 1; learn more about the 21 Day Quest.
Going in order also takes the decision off your plate. You never have to spend time trying to pick a practice or judge what your class is ready for. Open the platform, and the next day is waiting for you.
Set the room
Invite students to sit comfortably, lower the volume of the room, and let them know that closing their eyes is welcome but never required.

Let it close gently
The guide brings the practice to a natural end. Give the room a quiet moment before moving on.
After the practice
A short reflection helps the practice stick. A journal prompt has been provided for you and your class. You can include your class’s reflection in the digital journal on the platform, and it will be saved under My Journals in your profile settings. Alternatively, students can keep their own journals in a notebook or on a piece of paper.
Journal prompts are available after most Daily Practices. They’re recommended, but always optional.
Tips for finding ease in the experience
