Read your adoption & impact reports

Your dashboard turns daily practice into a picture of how mindfulness is taking hold across your district or school. This page explains what each part of it means and how to share what you find.

Your dashboard at a glance

The dashboard opens with a few headline numbers (total mindful minutes, active classrooms, and practice sessions), followed by the adoption funnel and a grid of your schools. Use the headline figures for a quick pulse check, then dig into the sections below for the story behind them.

The adoption funnel

The funnel shows how staff move from invited, to signed in, to actively practicing. A wide drop between “signed in” and “practicing” usually points to a need for encouragement or a reminder of the routine, not a technical problem.

Mindful minutes

Mindful minutes total the time students have spent in guided practice. It’s the clearest single measure of engagement over time, and it’s the figure most districts share with their boards and communities.

Comparing schools

The school grid lets you compare sites side by side. Rather than ranking, use it to find schools that are thriving, so you can learn what’s working there, and schools that are quiet, so you can offer support before momentum fades.

Sharing & exporting

Any report can be exported for board meetings, grant reporting, or community updates. Choose a date range first so the export reflects the period you want to highlight, then download it to share.
